Blueberry Hibiscus kombucha mocktail

An artisan Kombucha Me mocktail of sweet blueberries and lively hibiscus. When you’re in the mood for a drink with a bit of a difference, try this creative mocktail. Serves 4.

  • 1L Kombucha Me Hibiscus
  • 200g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Tbs. lime juice

Food process the blueberries, lime juice and 250ml Kombucha Me Hibiscus. Blend on high speed until it’s as smooth as possible. Pour it through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass. (Do this gradually as the strainer may clog with blueberry seeds.)
Add Kombucha Me Hibiscus, Stir lightly and add crushed ice. A couple of blueberries for garnish.
